SALON POLICIES:

Please note that all of our stylists are self employed, you will want to discuss your stylists individual policies with them as well

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total

Example: If you are scheduled for an appointment that would have been priced at $200, your fee will be $100 

This fee will be due on the scheduled date of service, and prior to scheduling any other future appointments

If short notice cancellations occur more than twice you may be asked to provide a deposit for future appointments depending on the policies of your individual stylist.

No Show to a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service total. You may also be asked to provide a deposit for future appointments depending on the policies of your individual stylist.

We are grateful for your understanding of the cancellation policies, while they are difficult to enforce it is necessary for our stylists to enforce due to how directly last minute cancellations impact their income.

RETURNED PAYMENTS/CHECKS - We understand that life happens, if a payment or check is returned by the bank we will reach out to collect payment in another form. If payment is not received immediately, we will report to the necessary authorities.

If a returned payment or check occurs more than once, we will no longer be able to continue serving you as a client in our salon. Writing a check with the knowledge that there are insufficient funds is illegal and is considered check fraud, which can lead to civil or criminal penalties depending on the circumstances.

Children and pets are two of our favorite things in the world, but unfortunately they aren't always best enjoyed in a salon. Please leave all pets at home, with the exception of potty trained service animals.

We do not have the ability to seat children directly next to their parent during the duration of an appointment, but children that are old enough to sit in the waiting area and entertain themselves for the duration of the appointment scheduled are more than welcome.  

We are unable to accommodate infants or small children. As much as we adore them, infants seated next to or on the lap of a parent become a liability to the sharp implements and chemicals that stylists are using. Small children often require the parent to take breaks during the appointment that in turn impact a stylists ability to perform the service. Those breaks often lead to the stylist running late for their next appointment, or disruptions for the surrounding clients. 

BOUTIQUE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICIES:

Please read our entire return/exchange policy prior to purchases and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

- All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days.

- For shipped orders, items must be shipped back within 7 days after your order has been delivered. 

- We do not cover return shipping costs, but we are happy to create a return label for you and invoice you for the return shipping fee to utilize shared tracking information. 

- Please make sure all return shipping packages are securely packed and closed to avoid damage to the returned pieces, if your order arrives back to us damaged we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

- Returned items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • tags attached 
  • unwashed 
  • unworn
  • free of pet fur
  • free of odors

- Undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Once we receive your return we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

  • If you are exchanging your returned item for something else we will send a new invoice for the transaction and provide new tracking information
