Exchange & Return policy
Hi there! Thanks so much for shopping with us at Wild Society! It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase, and also make any returns or exchanges as easy as possible.
Please read our entire return/exchange policy prior to purchases and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days.
- For shipped orders, items must be shipped back within 7 days after your order has been delivered.
- We do not cover return shipping costs, but we are happy to create a return label for you and invoice you for the return shipping fee to utilize shared tracking information.
- Please make sure all return shipping packages are securely packed and closed to avoid damage to the returned pieces, if your order arrives back to us damaged we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange or refund:
- tags attached
- free of pet fur
- free of odors
- Undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Once we receive your return we will issue your refund to your original payment method.
- If you are exchanging your returned item for something else we will send a new invoice for the transaction and provide new tracking information.
